While Primary Health Centers should be the first point of contact for patients with non-emergency conditions, patients with emergency conditions should visit an HMC emergency department or call 999 for an ambulance. 999 is also the number to call for the police or the fire services.

Emergency services can also be accessed by the deaf on 992 (using a 3G camera from a computer or a mobile phone).
